Why am I getting a bill? I paid my co-pay at the doctor’s office.
- Our services are separate from your doctor. The co-payment you have made is for the doctor’s services, not the product that was provided to you. Each insurance company has different guidelines as to what durable medical equipment is covered and the benefits. You will be billed for the amount determined by your insurance company after they have completed processing of the claim.
